Terms

What you agree to by using this service. Short, plainly written, and deliberately one-sided.

Last updated 19 September 2026.

The service is provided as it stands, and as it happens to be available. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim every warranty, condition, representation and undertaking of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade — including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, currency, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing published anywhere on this site, in our documentation, in llms.txt, or in any figure, rate, percentage or sample result quoted in our marketing, constitutes a guarantee, a warranty, a condition or a contractual term. An address or telephone number we return may be wrong, out of date, or belong to somebody else entirely, and we promise you nothing to the contrary.

We may change or withdraw any of it at any time. We reserve the unrestricted right to add, alter, suspend, reprice, degrade, limit, withhold or discontinue the service or any part of it, for any reason or for none, with or without notice to you, and without incurring any liability. We owe you no service level, no uptime, no response time, no support commitment and no minimum standard of accuracy, and no statement to the contrary binds us unless we have signed it. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service, on any theory of liability whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, restitution or otherwise, shall not exceed the sums you actually paid us in the ninety days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; and we shall have no liability whatever for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss, nor for lost profit, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunity or business, even where we were told such loss was possible.

What you do with what we return is yours alone. The records this service produces describe living people who did not ask to be in it, and the laws governing how you may store, process and contact them — among them the GDPR and UK GDPR, the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state telemarketing and do-not-call regimes, and their equivalents wherever you operate — bind you and not us. You warrant that you hold every lawful basis, consent, registration and permission your use requires, and you agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, investigation, penalty, fine, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service or of anything obtained through it. We may terminate your access, revoke your keys and close your account at any time, at our sole discretion. We may revise these terms whenever we choose by publishing a revised version on this page, and your continued use after publication is your acceptance of it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stands. See also our privacy notice and our refund policy, which form part of these terms.
