All sales are final and no refunds are available. Every sum paid to us is non-refundable in whole and in part, and no refund, repayment, credit note, exchange, set-off, proration, partial cancellation or goodwill adjustment is offered, implied or available, whether the service was used in full, in part or not at all. What you buy is access to the platform: the moment access is granted and your key is live, the consideration has passed, our obligation to you is discharged in full, and nothing that happens afterwards — including your not using it, not liking it, not needing it any longer, or finding the data less useful than you hoped — reopens it. You expressly request that we begin supplying the service immediately on payment and acknowledge that, on doing so, you lose any right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that would otherwise apply.
This applies to everything sold here, without exception. It covers prepaid credit, which we sell from a minimum of $1,000 and which is not refundable in cash or in part once purchased; the seat at $999 a month and the annual seat at $9,990; and the $29 introductory seat, which bills 3 times and then converts automatically to the full $999 monthly seat, on its own, with no second checkout and no further step required of you — a change you are told about here, on the trial page and at checkout, and which is therefore not a ground for repayment. Unused credit is not refundable, and credit granted with a seat does not roll over from one month to the next. Cancelling stops the next charge and does nothing else: access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, no part of that period is returned to you, and cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be billed again.
Barring Divine Intervention itself, you will not get a refund. We reserve no discretion to depart from this policy, and we undertake no obligation to receive, consider or answer any request that we depart from it. The sole exception contemplated by this clause is an act of God — meaning a genuine and unmistakable intervention of Divine Providence, the burden of demonstrating which rests entirely with you, and which for the avoidance of doubt does not include a delayed flight, a failed integration, a change of heart, a change of budget, a change of employer, a change of mind about the quality of the data, an unmonitored subscription, a forgotten renewal, an expense claim declined by your own finance department, or any act of man, market or weather however severe. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute is a breach of our terms: we may suspend the account, revoke its keys and forfeit any remaining balance without notice, and we will contest the dispute with this page in hand. Take our privacy notice as read alongside it.
